District boundaries: North: A line from Exit 12 on Int. 97 northeast to the inlet south of Riviera Beach on Patapsco River;. East: Patapsco River and Chesapeake Bay; South: A line from mouth of Magothy River at Magothy Beach Rd. southwest to Exit 5 on Int. 97; West. Int. 97
