Area 29 Meetings

Area 29 consists of the entire state of Maryland, less the counties of Prince Georges and Montgomery. It holds five Area Assemblies, three Area Committees, and mini-conference, a Fall Conference, and a State Convention.

A.A. Group Meetings

A.A. group meeting lists are typically managed by the local Central Office or Intergroup. In addition, some districts also maintain a current list of meetings for their local area. For example, meetings in Charles, Calvert or Carroll Counties, as well as the Crofton and Bowie area can be found at their local district webpage. District Meetings

There are 47 districts in Area 29 (state of Maryland less Prince Georges and Montgomery counties). Not every district holds a regular meeting. The following districts meet regularly as listed:

District 1 meets the third Monday of each month.

District 6 meets the fourth Wednesday of each month.

District 7 meets the second Thursday of each month.

District 9 meets the third Tuesday of every ODD month.

District 10 meets on an as needed basis.

District 11 meets the first Monday of each month.

District 19 meets on an as needed basis.

District 20 meets the third Sunday of each month.

District 21 meets the first Tuesday of each month.

District 22 meets the first Wednesday of each month.

District 26 has merged with District 42, which has expanded its meeting on the second Tuesday of each month to include all former District 26 groups.

Districts 28 and 29 meet the third Wednesday of each month.

District 30 meets the second Monday of each month.

District 31 meets the first Tuesday of each month.

District 32 meets the first Tuesday of each month.

District 34 meets the first Wednesday of each month.

District 35 meets the first Thursday of each month.

District 36 meets the second Tuesday of each month.

District 40 meets the third Monday of each month.

District 41 meets the first Tuesday of each month.

District 42 meets the second Tuesday of each month.

District 46 meets the second Monday of each month.
