The purpose of the Area 29 Regional Panels is to help prepare the Delegate for the 61^st General Service Conference. The Regional Panels are asked to review, discuss, and present Conference Agenda Items which will be brought before General Service Conference for consideration. The Regional Panels consist of GSR’s, DCM’s, past Delegates, Area Officers and ALL interested A.A. members.

Committee Chairs and Co-Chairs should consider attending the Regional Panel meeting corresponding to their respective Committee.

Each Regional Panel should select a central location to meet and discuss their assigned Agenda Items, and select presenters. Panel leaders and presenters should be available to attend the Area 29 Mini Conference. The Mini Conference provides the forum to present and discuss the Conference Agenda Items, to provide our Delegate with our Area’s group conscience. All A.A. members are welcome and encouraged to attend the Mini Conference!

To assist each panel leader and co-leader, suggestions for setting up and holding a Panel Meeting are provided.
